Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the CarCare app processes personal data, with a focus on Turkish KVKK requirements.
Data Controller: Furkan Mamus, Istanbul, Turkey, support@carcaretr.com
Data processed: account data (email, name, user ID), vehicle/trip records, location data, Bluetooth pairing data, media (camera/photos), notification data (FCM/APNs token, device ID), and app preferences.
Purposes: authentication, trip logging, vehicle management, sharing invites, notifications, live activities, cloud sync, security, and troubleshooting.
Third parties: Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging, and Google Analytics; Google Sign-In; Apple Sign-In. Data may be processed outside Turkey.
Website analytics: Website visit and usage statistics are measured with Google Analytics only after the user gives explicit consent. The Analytics tag does not load before consent. Users can later change their choice using the "Cookie preferences" button on the page.
Retention: data is retained as needed to provide the service. Upon account deletion request, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
Your rights: under KVKK Article 11, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection via support@carcaretr.com.
Permissions: location, Bluetooth, camera, photo library, and notifications can be managed in device settings.
