Maintenance records are managed with date, mileage, type, notes, and cost fields.

Maintenance Types and Inspection

  • Brake, Tire, Battery, Inspection, Periodic Service, Repair, and Other can be selected.
  • Inspection duration (1 to 3 years) can be stored for inspection records.
  • For periodic service, recommended mileage/month info is shown during entry.

Repair Schema and Damage Record

  • For repair type, part-based status can be marked on an inspection schema.
  • Damage-processed status can be attached to repair records.
  • Repair entries are listed collectively in the vehicle report screen.

Files and Photo Attachments

  • Camera, gallery, or file attachments can be added to maintenance records.
  • Attachments are stored with the record and uploaded to cloud media.
  • Search, type filter, and date/km/cost sorting are available in the list.
